I purchased my new cactus online and they installed him the next morning! They were really nice and educated me on my newest addition." (Kristin, Google review of a saguaro purchase, October 2026) - "They delivered and planted two beautiful 6-foot bare-root ocotillos at my home and took the time to explain every step of the process. They carefully preserved the original north-facing orientation of each ocotillo, planted them properly in native soil, and provided detailed guidance on watering and long-term care... Joe didn't just plant the ocotillos and leave. He walked through my yard with me, answered all of my questions about my existing cacti and desert plants... If you're looking for healthy, high-quality ocotillos and a company that truly knows desert plants, I highly recommend Ocotillo Joe." (J Ra, Google review of an ocotillo delivery and planting) - "We are thrilled with our Cardon! We named him Richard and he's loving his new home here in Mesa! Thanks, Joe, for educating us and providing top-notch customer service. Installing Richard was an easy solution to keep my hubby off a ladder to trim our tree that wouldn't stop growing. Our installer, Austin, was amazing! So polite and gave us a choice of time slots." (Mike and Jayne, Mesa, Google review of a cardon cactus delivery and planting) - "Joe, Austin and the whole crew were so helpful and knowledgeable about mature cactuses I purchased for our home. The service was outstanding and I can’t be any happier with our 5 new cactuses! The thought and care that goes into everything they do shines through from the moment you enter their Tempe nursery, making the buying experience a lot of fun!" (Laura, Google review) - "Ocotillo Joe was so, so, so awesome. He helped my fiance and I with a home project a few months ago and was SO GENEROUS, kind and professional with his time and expertise- him and his whole team! It's awesome to have a shop so enthusiastic and passionate about plants in the neighborhood. He will always be our go-to for cacti and other local plants. Definitely recommend." (Scarlett, Google review) - "In 40 years of building homes and doing development, I have never had a more honest, experienced and fair landscaping person than Ocotillo Joe and his team." (Delina DiSanto) - "Austin helped me pick out a 14 foot ocotillo for my front yard. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable... Austin and Joe delivered and planted my ocotillo within a few days.
