Warranty Claims

Ocotillos delivered & planted by Ocotillo Joe LLC include a 1 year/$100 replacement warranty: If your plant does not survive 12 months from the planting date, fill out the provided claim form. We will replace your ocotillo with a plant of equal or greater value for a one-time re-planting fee of $100.00

Our ocotillos are selected, harvested, handled, and planted with care, and in accordance with best practicies and first hand knowledge of the native plant industry.

We provide all customers with simple, easy to follow care instructions that will ensure plant survival under typical environmental conditions.

While we stand by the quality of our products, we have no control over plant care, watering practices, environments, or pests after planting.

A 2 year extended warranty is available for $100/ per plant
