Our ocotillos are selected, harvested, handled, and planted with care, and in accordance with best practices and first hand knowledge of the native plant industry.

 

We provide all customers with simple, easy to follow care instructions that will ensure plant survival under typical environmental conditions.

 

While we stand by the quality of our products, we have no control over plant care, watering practices, environments, or pests after planting.

Ocotillos delivered & planted by Ocotillo Joe LLC include a 1 year/$99.99 replacement warranty: If your plant does not survive 12 months from the planting date, please use the provided form to order an "Ocotillo Warranty Claim Replacement".

We will add you to our schedule & replace your ocotillo with a plant of equal or greater value for a one-time re-planting fee of $99.99.​

A 2 year extended warranty is available for $99.99/ per plant.​​
