We will replace your ocotillo with a plant of equal or greater value for a one-time re-planting fee of $100.00
Our ocotillos are selected, harvested, handled, and planted with care, and in accordance with best practices and first hand knowledge of the plant.
We provide all customers with simple, easy to follow care instructions that will ensure plant survival under typical environmental conditions.
While we stand by the quality of our products, we have no control over plant care, watering practices, environments, or pests after planting and feel this warranty system protects all parties.
